Topkapi Developments has announced the launch of the second phase of its residential project, Vera Residence, located in Hadayek October on Al Wahat Road, coinciding with progress in construction works at the site.

The project spans approximately eight acres, with a frontage of around 185 meters, and comprises 420 residential units offering a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts.
The master plan allocates only 25% of the total land area to buildings, with structures consisting of a ground floor and three upper floors. The remaining area is dedicated to walkways, open spaces, and amenities.
The project features a swimming pool, social club, gym, landscaped green areas, and water features, in addition to a commercial zone housing restaurants and cafés, as well as an underground parking garage extending across the project area.
The company confirmed that all project documentation and permits have been completed, including the land allocation contract, ministerial decree, and building permit. Construction works have already commenced, with execution progress continuing on site.
Topkapi stated that it aims to make Vera Residence the first residential project to be delivered on Al Wahat Road, in line with its delivery schedule of two and a half years. This comes alongside the launch of the second phase and the continuation of construction works, reflecting the company’s commitment to translating its promises into tangible results on the ground.
