Mr. Kamel Abu Ali, Chairman of the Board of Pickalbatros Holding Investment, a prominent holding company with verticals operating in the Hospitality, tourism and leisure, and Hotel Real Estate and property development, finalized the agreement with Mr. Alaa Al Ali, Group CEO and Founder of NG9 Holding (UAE) – one of the leading UAE companies operating in the hospitality, travel and tourism, IT Development, Artificial Intelligence, marketing and communication, aviation, logistics, maritime services and Riva authorize dealer in the UAE and Oman.
Upon the signature of this strategic partnership, and under the supervision of Mr. Magdy Ali Deputy Ceo of Pickalabtros Holding investment, Mr. Omar Al Ali the CEO of Nirvana Holding, Mr. Joseph Seif as the NG9 Lead of strategic projects, several companies across both holding companies such as Nirvana Travel and Tourism, Gewan Infotech, Gewan Investment Solutions, Al Masry Football Club, Pickalbatros Hotels will start on rolling out several signed and confirmed projects in the technology, tourism, maritime, and logistics sectors across Egypt.
This strategic partnership is set to be announced on the 10th of August 2026 at Gewan Palace (an NG9 Luxury Hotel located in New Alamein City on the North Coast of Egypt).
