كيف غيّرت «السوشال ميديا» حياتنا؟ سؤال متجدد يفرض نفسه مع كل تحول رقمي.. «عكاظ» استطلعت، ضمن فقرة #سؤال_عكاظ، آراء عدد من المسؤولين والفنانين والمختصين، لرصد انطباعاتهم حول تأثير وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في تفاصيل الحياة اليومية والعلاقات الاجتماعية.

أكد المشاركون في الاستطلاع، أن وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي تمثل سلاحاً ذا حدين، إذ أوضحت جيهان جمال وسناء أبوجحر، أنه رغم سلبياتها، يستطيع الشخص الواعي توظيفها بإيجابية للحديث في مجال تخصصه، ونقل المعرفة والخبرات إلى الآخرين.

من جانبه، أشار الدكتور عمر الجاسر إلى التحول الكبير في الوصول إلى الجمهور، مبيناً أن الشهرة وصناعة النجومية كانتا في السابق تتطلبان جهداً كبيراً ومسيرة طويلة في التمثيل أو الإعلام، بينما أتاحت منصات التواصل اليوم لأي شخص نشر مقطع قصير يلفت الأنظار ويصل إلى الجمهور بسرعة فائقة.

وحول البعد الاجتماعي، أوضح صبري باجسير والدكتورة مها رضوى، أن الحياة قبل ظهور وسائل التواصل كانت أكثر بساطة وصدقاً ودفئاً، لاعتماد التواصل الإنساني آنذاك على اللقاء المباشر وتبادل الزيارات، في حين طغى الطابع الافتراضي على جانب من العلاقات في الوقت الراهن.

وفي السياق ذاته، يرى زيد زارع، أن منصات التواصل أحدثت حالة من الارتباك في المشهد العام بسبب التزاحم المعلوماتي، لكنها أسهمت - في المقابل - في تحقيق نوع من التقارب والتوازن بين الأجيال.

بدوره، أوضح فارس شمس، أن الوسائل التكنولوجية لا تتجاوز كونها أدوات، وأن تأثيرها الإيجابي أو السلبي يرتبط بوعي الفرد وطريقة استخدامه لها.

من جانبها، قالت القنصل العام لجمهورية ألمانيا الاتحادية في جدة أندريا كريست، إن وسائل التواصل باتت تعكس مختلف تفاصيل الحياة، وتوفر مساحة واسعة للمشاركة والتواصل، لكنها تفتقر في كثير من الأحيان إلى التخصص والعمق، مؤكدة، أن التحدي الحقيقي يتمثل في الحفاظ على التواصل الإنساني وسط عالم رقمي متسارع.

How has "social media" changed our lives? This is a recurring question that arises with every digital transformation. "Okaz" surveyed, as part of the #Okaz_Question segment, the opinions of several officials, artists, and specialists to capture their impressions on the impact of social media on the details of daily life and social relationships.

Participants in the survey confirmed that social media represents a double-edged sword. Jihan Jamal and Sana Abu Jhar explained that despite its negatives, a conscious person can use it positively to discuss their area of expertise and share knowledge and experiences with others.

For his part, Dr. Omar Al-Jasser pointed out the significant shift in reaching the audience, stating that fame and stardom used to require a great deal of effort and a long journey in acting or media, whereas today, social media platforms allow anyone to publish a short clip that grabs attention and reaches the audience at lightning speed.

Regarding the social aspect, Sabri Bajseer and Dr. Maha Radwa clarified that life before the emergence of social media was simpler, more honest, and warmer, as human communication relied on direct meetings and exchanging visits, while the virtual aspect has overshadowed some relationships today.

In the same context, Zaid Zaree believes that social media platforms have created a state of confusion in the public scene due to the information overload, but they have also contributed, on the other hand, to achieving a kind of closeness and balance between generations.

For his part, Fares Shams explained that technological means are merely tools, and their positive or negative impact is linked to the individual's awareness and how they use them.

For her part, the Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Jeddah, Andrea Christ, stated that social media reflects various details of life and provides a wide space for participation and communication, but it often lacks specialization and depth. She emphasized that the real challenge lies in maintaining human communication in a rapidly advancing digital world.
