أكدت إيران استمرار تبادل الرسائل مع الولايات المتحدة عبر الوسطاء، وأعلنت تمسكها بالحلول الدبلوماسية، مشددة على أنها لن تسمح لواشنطن بفرض الهيمنة على مضيق هرمز.

وقال المتحدث باسم وزارة الخارجية الإيرانية إسماعيل بقائي، اليوم الإثنين: إن تبادل الرسائل بين طهران وواشنطن لا يزال مستمراً، كما يواصل الوسطاء تحركاتهم، في مؤشر على بقاء قنوات التواصل مفتوحة رغم التوتر العسكري، بحسب ما نقلته وكالة «رويترز».

وزعم بقائي أن طهران لم تطلب استئناف المحادثات مع أمريكا، معتبراً أن هذا "ليس من شيمنا"، وفق قوله .
وأضاف في مؤتمر صحفي، أن "وسطاء ينقلون إلينا رسائل من أميركا لكننا لا نجري محادثات معها حالياً". ووصف المحادثات بين إيران وعُمان بشأن إدارة مضيق هرمز بأنها "إيجابية".وأشار إلى أن الوضع في مضيق هرمز "لم يتغير فهو لا يزال مغلقاً"، على حد قوله.

وفي تصريحات متزامنة، أكد نائب وزير الخارجية الإيراني سعيد خطيب زاده، أن بلاده ملتزمة بالدبلوماسية الحقيقية والحوار العادل لحل الأزمات، مشيرا إلى أن إيران لا تزال تدعم المسارات السياسية.

وجاءت تصريحات خطيب زاده خلال اجتماع لوزراء خارجية رابطة دول جنوب شرق آسيا (آسيان) ومعاهدة الصداقة والتعاون في جنوب شرق آسيا، وزعم أن بلاده ملتزمة بضمان حرية الملاحة السلمية للسفن في مضيق هرمز، لكنها «لن تسمح تحت أي ظرف للولايات المتحدة بفرض هيمنتها على الممرات المائية في الخليج العربي ومضيق هرمز». وأضاف أن إيران، شأنها شأن أي دولة، «لا يمكنها المساومة على أمنها القومي»، وفق قوله.

وتأتي هذه التصريحات في ظل تصاعد التوتر بين واشنطن وطهران، بعدما أعلنت القيادة المركزية الأمريكية خلال الأيام الماضية تنفيذ سلسلة ضربات استهدفت مواقع عسكرية إيرانية، فيما تؤكد الولايات المتحدة أن عملياتها تهدف إلى حماية الملاحة الدولية وردع التهديدات التي تستهدف السفن التجارية في المنطقة.

ورغم استمرار التصعيد العسكري، تشير تصريحات الجانبين إلى بقاء قنوات الاتصال غير المباشر مفتوحة عبر الوسطاء، دون الإعلان عن استئناف مفاوضات رسمية أو تحقيق تقدم نحو تسوية سياسية حتى الآن.

Iran confirmed the continuation of message exchanges with the United States through intermediaries, and announced its commitment to diplomatic solutions, emphasizing that it will not allow Washington to impose dominance over the Strait of Hormuz.

The spokesperson for the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Ismail Baghaei, stated today, Monday, that the exchange of messages between Tehran and Washington is still ongoing, and that intermediaries continue their efforts, indicating that communication channels remain open despite military tensions, according to what was reported by Reuters.

In simultaneous statements, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Saeed Khatibzadeh confirmed that his country is committed to genuine diplomacy and fair dialogue to resolve crises, noting that Iran still supports political pathways.

Khatibzadeh's remarks came during a meeting of the foreign ministers of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation in Southeast Asia, where he claimed that his country is committed to ensuring the peaceful navigation of vessels in the Strait of Hormuz, but it "will not allow the United States to impose its dominance over the waterways in the Arabian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz under any circumstances." He added that Iran, like any country, "cannot compromise on its national security," according to his statement.

These statements come amid rising tensions between Washington and Tehran, after the U.S. Central Command announced in recent days the execution of a series of strikes targeting Iranian military sites, while the United States asserts that its operations aim to protect international navigation and deter threats targeting commercial vessels in the region.

Despite the ongoing military escalation, statements from both sides indicate that indirect communication channels remain open through intermediaries, without announcing the resumption of formal negotiations or making progress towards a political settlement so far.
