لم يكن المشهد في أحد شوارع قنا عاديًا، شخص يرتدي نقابًا وملابس نسائية، وأهالٍ يطاردونه ويضبطونه وسط اشتباه في محاولته اختطاف طفل، بينما كانت مواقع التواصل تشتعل بروايات عن تخدير الطفل واقتياده.
لكن خلف هذا المشهد كانت هناك حكاية أخرى تمامًا؛ تحريات الأجهزة الأمنية المصرية كشفت أن المتهم لجأ إلى التنكر هربًا من الملاحقة، بعدما اتُهم في واقعة إطلاق نار على أقاربه بسبب خلافات عائلية، انتهت بمقتل سيدة وإصابة 4 آخرين.
وكشفت الداخلية المصرية حقيقة مقطع الفيديو المتداول، الذي ظهر خلاله عدد من الأهالي وهم يمسكون بالشخص، وسط مزاعم بشأن محاولته تخدير طفل واختطافه.
وأوضحت تحريات الأجهزة الأمنية أن الواقعة تعود إلى 21 سبتمبر الجاري، حين تمكن أهالي في نطاق قسم شرطة قنا من ضبط شخص عاطل، يقيم بدائرة مركز شرطة قوص، بعدما أثار ارتداؤه للملابس النسائية شكوكهم، ودفعهم للاعتقاد بأنه يحاول اختطاف أحد الأطفال.
ومع استكمال الفحص والتحريات، تبين أن المتهم ارتدى تلك الملابس بهدف التخفي والإفلات من ملاحقة الأجهزة الأمنية، بعدما اتُهم في اليوم نفسه بالتعدي على عدد من أقاربه وإطلاق أعيرة نارية تجاههم، إثر خلافات عائلية.
وأسفرت الواقعة عن مقتل سيدة وإصابة 4 أشخاص، فيما اتهم المصابون الشخص الذي جرى ضبطه بالتورط في إطلاق النار.
وبعد ضبطه، أرشد المتهم الأجهزة الأمنية إلى مكان السلاح المستخدم في الحادث، حيث عُثر على بندقية آلية. واتخذت الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحقه، بينما تتولى النيابة العامة التحقيق لكشف ملابسات الواقعة وتحديد المسؤوليات القانونية.
The scene in one of the streets of Qena was not ordinary; a person wearing a niqab and women's clothing was being chased and apprehended by locals amid suspicions of attempting to kidnap a child, while social media was ablaze with stories about drugging the child and leading him away.
However, behind this scene was an entirely different story; investigations by the Egyptian security agencies revealed that the accused resorted to disguising himself to escape pursuit after being accused in a shooting incident involving his relatives due to family disputes, which resulted in the death of a woman and injuries to four others.
The Egyptian Interior Ministry clarified the reality of the circulated video, which showed a number of locals holding the person, amid claims regarding his attempt to drug and kidnap a child.
Investigations by the security agencies indicated that the incident dates back to September 21 of this year, when locals in the jurisdiction of the Qena Police Station managed to apprehend a jobless individual residing within the jurisdiction of the Qus Police Station, after his wearing of women's clothing raised their suspicions and led them to believe he was trying to kidnap a child.
As the investigation and inquiries continued, it became clear that the accused wore those clothes in order to disguise himself and evade the security agencies, after being accused on the same day of assaulting several of his relatives and firing gunshots at them due to family disputes.
The incident resulted in the death of a woman and injuries to four people, while the injured accused the apprehended individual of being involved in the shooting.
After his arrest, the accused guided the security agencies to the location of the weapon used in the incident, where an automatic rifle was found. Necessary legal measures were taken against him, while the Public Prosecution is conducting an investigation to uncover the circumstances of the incident and determine legal responsibilities.
