بالبلدي: أمانة الطائف لـ «عكاظ»: تطوير «شارع الستين» بالحوية قريباً

كشفت أمانة الطائف لـ«عكاظ»، أن تطوير شارع الستين بالحوية يأتي ضمن رؤية مستقبلية، مؤكدة أن العمل يجري حالياً على إعداد المخططات التفصيلية والدراسات اللازمة تمهيداً للبدء في التنفيذ، وذلك ضمن خطط الأمانة لأنسنة المدينة ورفع كفاءة شبكة الطرق الداخلية، وتحسين البنية التحتية وجودة الحياة.

وأوضحت الأمانة، أن تطوير الشارع يندرج ضمن برنامج رفع كفاءة الطرق والخدمات البلدية في المواقع التي تشهد نمواً سكانياً وعمرانياً متزايداً، مع التركيز على تعزيز السلامة المرورية وتحسين جودة الشوارع بما يلبي حاجات الأحياء ويدعم التنمية الحضرية بالمحافظة.

ويعاني شارع الستين حالياً من عدد من التشوهات البصرية، أبرزها تلف اللوحات والأرصفة، وعدم تناسق أعمدة الإنارة والكهرباء، إلى جانب البروزات العقارية والهبوطات على امتداده، فيما تنتشر على جانبه الجنوبي عشرات صهاريج الصرف الصحي والمياه.

The Taif Municipality revealed to "Okaz" that the development of Sixty Street in Al-Hawiya is part of a future vision, confirming that work is currently underway to prepare detailed plans and necessary studies in preparation for the start of implementation. This is part of the municipality's plans to humanize the city, enhance the efficiency of the internal road network, and improve infrastructure and quality of life.

The municipality explained that the development of the street falls under the program to enhance the efficiency of roads and municipal services in areas experiencing increasing population and urban growth, with a focus on enhancing traffic safety and improving street quality to meet the needs of neighborhoods and support urban development in the governorate.

Currently, Sixty Street suffers from several visual distortions, most notably damaged signs and sidewalks, lack of uniformity in lighting and electrical poles, as well as property protrusions and depressions along its length, while dozens of sewage and water tanks are spread along its southern side.
