حددت المنصة الوطنية للقبول الموحد «قبول»، الفئات التي تستفيد من التقديم على مقاعد القبول في الجامعات الحكومية والأهلية وكليات التدريب التقني والمهني للعام الدراسي القادم 1448هـ.

وبينت، أن الفئات هي: خريجو وخريجات الثانوية العامة من المواطنين وأبناء المواطنات الحاملين إقامةً سارية المفعول وأبناء القبائل النازحة الذين لديهم سجل مدني والأمهات غير السعوديات ولديهن أبناء سعوديون (أم مواطن).

وأوضحت المنصة، أن المتقدمين يمرون بست مراحل من التقديم إلى القبول النهائي، تتمثّل في تسجيل الدخول في المنصة عبر النفاذ الوطني، للوصول إلى جميع خدمات القبول الجامعي ثم استكشاف الخيارات الأكاديمية والمسارات المتاحة والجهات التعليمية المتوفرة بالمنصة، تليها إضافة الرغبات إذ يتم استعراض التخصصات وترتيب الرغبات حسب الأولوية، مع مراعاة التخصصات ذات الشروط الخاصة، والدرجة الموزونة للقبول. وتشمل المرحلة الرابعة ظهور الفرص المتاحة، إذ تظهر للمتقدم الخيارات الأكاديمية المناسبة، وفقاً للبيانات التعليمية وشروط القبول الخاصة بها، مع ظهور التخصصات باحتمالات القبول فيها يليها مرحلة نتائج القبول وتأكيد الاختيار، إذ ستظهر نتائج القبول النهائية بناءً على الرغبات المدخلة. ويجب تأكيد الاختيار لاستكمال الإجراءات اللاحقة، حسب متطلبات اعتماد القبول المحددة من قبل الجهة التعليمية، يليها آخر المراحل، وهي ظهور الفرص المتبقية إذ تُعرض خلال هذه الفترة الفرص المتبقية، وهي مقاعد دراسية لم يتم القبول عليها في مرحلة إعلان النتائج النهائية، ولها نفس شروط ومعايير القبول المحددة مسبقاً من قبل الجهة التعليمية.

The National Unified Admission Platform "Qabul" has identified the categories eligible to apply for admission seats in public and private universities, as well as technical and vocational training colleges for the upcoming academic year 1448 AH.

It clarified that the categories include: graduates of secondary school from citizens and the children of female citizens holding valid residency, displaced tribes with civil records, and non-Saudi mothers with Saudi children (mother of a citizen).

The platform explained that applicants go through six stages from application to final admission, which include logging into the platform via the national access system to access all university admission services, then exploring academic options and available educational institutions on the platform. This is followed by adding preferences, where specializations are displayed and preferences are ranked according to priority, taking into account special conditions for certain specializations and the weighted score for admission. The fourth stage involves the display of available opportunities, where suitable academic options appear for the applicant based on educational data and specific admission requirements, along with specializations and their acceptance probabilities. This is followed by the stage of admission results and confirming the choice, where final admission results will be displayed based on the entered preferences. Confirmation of the choice is required to complete subsequent procedures, according to the admission approval requirements set by the educational institution. The final stage involves the display of remaining opportunities, where during this period, remaining opportunities are presented, which are study seats that were not accepted during the final results announcement stage, and they have the same previously defined admission conditions and criteria set by the educational institution.
